For those of you feeling a bit down in the dumps and you feel as though a particular area in your body could do with a little boost, here’s a map of hand reflexology. 
I don’t feel as though this map is 100% spot on and I’d make some changes, but it’s near enough to accurate. 
If you want to give an area a boost, you could do so while sitting down watching TV, or just before you go to bed. Just apply pressure with the thumb of the opposite hand onto the desired area. 
I realise a lot of people are generally stressed out, so for that I would advise on applying pressure to the pads of the thumbs (brain area, also where the pituitary and pineal gland are), to the lung area, the thyroid, the solar plexus which would be approximately above the adrenal gland on this map, and then run your thumb down the spinal area (the pink area along where the bladder is).
